Miraya has teamed up with her friend, Mickey, to teach you some simple magic tricks that you can use to stun everyone around you. But before she does, here's a special message she has for you!

The tote bag has been stitched together by one of our favourite NGOs, Hamari Silai.

You can change the patches on your t-shirt per your mood. Miraya chose all her favourite characters we hope you love them too!

About Hamari Silai

Hamari Silai empowers women through education, skilling and mentorship, and by providing opportunities to earn an income.

Conceived in response to the many hardships the founders of Hamari Silai witnessed their mothers experiencing through their childhood, Hamari Silai is aimed at lifting women out of poverty and, thereby, catalysing change in low income communities.

Miraya's Magical World

Are you ready to learn from the best - Miraya & Mickey? If yes - be ready to find things around your house, say the magic words and begin the below!

Trick 1: Mickey's Disappearing Coin Trick

Things you need: A coin, a table, and a cloth napkin

To Perform the Trick:

  1. Place the coin on the table and cover it with the napkin.

  2. Pretend to pick up the coin with one hand while actually leaving it on the table. Keep your hand closed as if it's holding the coin.

  3. With a magical wave of your other hand, say a magic word and open the hand pretending to hold the coin to show it has "disappeared."

  4. You can reveal the coin is still under the napkin for the grand reveal.

Trick 2: Miraya's Magic Balancing Act

Things you need: A full water bottle and a plastic card (like a credit card or a sturdy playing card).

To Perform the Trick:

  1. Place the card on top of the water bottle.

  2. Slowly balance the bottle at an angle by gently pushing it, so it seems like the card is holding the bottle in the air.

  3. With practice, the card can hold the bottle in a seemingly impossible position, creating a magical balancing act.


Trick 3: Miraya & Mickey's Magic Cup & Ball Trick

Things you need: A small ball (like a ping pong ball), three identical cups, and a flat surface.

To Perform the Trick:

  1. Place the ball under one of the cups while the audience watches.

  2. Swiftly mix up the cups by sliding them around the surface.

  3. Ask your audience to guess which cup the ball is under.

  4. For a magical twist, secretly remove the ball from under the cup when the audience isn't looking and then reveal the ball has "vanished" after they make their guess.

    At mrmoodi, we've been busy collaborating with our friends (children and adults) and working with them to express their moods and passions in unique ways. 

    Our T-shirts are gender neutral and super comfortable.

    Our journey is just getting started and we hope you enjoy our products and the evolution of our brand as we work towards making fashion more conscious, personal and environmentally friendly.
