Delivery: Dispatched within 4 working days from order placement. Will arrive at your doorstep within 7-10 working days.

Exchanges & Returns: Allowed within 7 calendar days from delivery date - as long as our price-tag / security-tag is intact and the item is in original condition.

We will accept the product and process the refund (in case of returns) within 7-10 working days as back to the original source of payment as long as the product is in its original condition along with our price-tags.

In the case of an exchange, our team will contact you for your details. In case we cannot fulfil the exchange due to any issue, we may choose to refund you for your purchase.

Story-Time: Landing in the Bin

On her daily prowls, Ms. Piper would often come across things that would momentarily make her stop, her tummy roll and her laugh out loud. 

On one such instance, she was walking by a nearby italian restaurant when she suddenly saw a box move. 'Strange!' she thought and stopped for a few seconds. 

Whenever there was food packets thrown into the bin, the lid of the box would open, Oscar, the Frenchie, would peek his head out, quickly grab the food and go back into his box. 'Clever way to get food' - Piper thought to herself. 

She went to Oscar and asked if she could join him in his box. With food enough for 5 animals, Oscar quickly obliged. Oscar & Piper got to drink the remains of a milkshake, some pizza and left over dough balls. But just as they were sipping away, they found the box being lifted and thrown into a truck. Opening the lid - they found themselves at the back of a dump truck. 

Oscar was stunned but Piper was laughing out loud. This was an adventure she could share with her other friends for life.
